Wholesale Golf Cart Batteries
Are you interested in selling wholesale golf cart batteries to your customers? Then there are a few things that you are going to need to think about first.
Battery Quality Importance
It is no secret that many people who play golf have some money to spend. They always try to aim for the best possible product for the job. This could be their golf clubs, golf balls and yes, even their golf cart. If they are going to be putting a battery in their cart, they need to know that it is able to perform the job exceedingly well. If you offer a cheap quality battery, you will have lost their business.
Before you even so much as purchase wholesale batteries to sell, you are going to need to consider the quality of the battery. Imagine that you are driving the golf cart, and that money is no real object. If this battery was something you were relying on to perform for hours and hours on end, would you buy it? If the answer is yes, then this is the battery you want.
When you are purchasing batteries, a good way of determining the quality is to look at the cycle life. This is how many times (on average) the battery can be charged up. The higher the number, the better the battery tends to be. Of course, this is not the only statistic that you will need to look into. Make sure you also consider the power of the battery, as well.
If you are considering offering batteries wholesale to your customers, then you will probably be aware that there is no one type of golf cart battery. Whilst there may be a few differences between the various batteries on the market, one of the most important differences is voltage.
There are three voltages:
You need the various voltages in stock for your customers if you are planning on offering the best possible service to them. If you do not have these in stock, then there is just no need for you to stock anything. Your customers will go elsewhere!
Is There A Backup Service?
Many people out there, will opt for the cheapest possible wholesale golf cart batteries to sell to their customers.
They think that they can either:
- Sell the cheapest batteries around or
- Obtain huge profit margins.
You have to realize that things do not quite work like this. Cheaper batteries tend to be terrible in more ways than one. Obviously, their specification is going to be slightly lower than normal. You do, however, have to be aware that the after sales service from your supplier will also be awful. You need to know that there is somebody there willing to help you, should you or your end-customer run into any difficulty. If there is not, then don’t buy the batteries. Click here to learn more.
